Shipping Process
The estimated delivery for your order is 4-5 weeks from the date that you pay for your order and provided all necessary measurement information. We require 15-20 days for production time and another 15-20 days for shipping time. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email message with your tracking information. Due to the size and weight of some of our products, we may be required to send your order in multiple shipments to protect your valuable custom-made products and to ensure it complies with international shipping restrictions.
Import Tax & Duty Fees
Different countries will have different customs & duty tax regulations on imported products. We cannot say if and how much import tax may be collected by your local customs office, but we will do our best to arrange appropriate logistics for you in order to avoid or minimize the customs duty. In the event that your package is held by customs for import duty tax payment, CHARISMATICO Limited will not be liable for any import taxes charged on a package. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay all taxes charged for import.
In the event a package is held by customs, this is now beyond our control as it is a government agency. CHARISMATICO Limited cannot guarantee a release and delivery date and will not be liable for any actions that the import customs agency may take with the shipment including up to destroying the package. We will do every thing in our ability to provide any additional information or documentation if requested in a timely manner; however, the final decision in exception cases on shipments held by customs is out of our control and we will not be liable for any decision that the custom agency takes in holding or failing to release shipments.
By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the possibility of customs taxes and the risk that customs may hold your package and in rare cases not release it. It is the buyers' responsibility to follow-up with the customs agency to clear the pacakge from customs. CHARISMATICO Limited will help provide any information we can to assist in the release of the package but will not gaurantee the package delivery once it is held by local customs.

Note: Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping. Some shipments can take longer than the expected delivery time due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Conditions
- Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt (as specified by delivery tracking) to request a return.
- Due to the custom made nature of our products, we will accept returns in the event that the product arrives damaged or is not as described/ordered.
- Items returned must be in their unused condition. We do not accept a returned item that’s been worn, damaged (due to use), washed or altered in any way.
- We reserve the right to not refund if you send the order back without contacting us first.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Return Instructions
- Please contact Customer Service by submitting a ticket on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
- After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
- Drop off your package at the local post office.
- Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once the product arrives at our office, we will promptly process your refund via your original payment method and notify you via email.
Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
